Order Specifications
When placing an order, clients must indicate the urgency of the requested translation by selecting one of the following delivery options:
Non-Urgent Translation: Completed within 5-7 business days.
Urgent Translation: Completed within 36-48 hours.
For urgent translation requests, clients must ensure that all source materials provided at the time of the order are accurate and complete.
The company will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect source materials requiring further amendments.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Non-compliance may result in suspension of current and future orders. Payments are processed securely through an external system, and translations will be withheld until payment is completed.
We accept major credit and debit cards, with payment appearing as LSSS, CYPRUS on statements.
Refunds are granted only under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. If a refund is approved, allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
To cancel your order, please ensure the cancellation is made before our translation experts begin working or before any documents are dispatched. Once the process has started, cancellations will no longer be possible.
